You can request deletion of your Gemmi account and associated data by email. This includes Google Sign-In account association, wallet records, referral records, generated image records, and related app data stored by Gemmi.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at astardv@gmail.com.
- Use the subject: Gemmi Account Deletion Request.
- Include the Google email address used to sign in to Gemmi.
- If available, include your referral code or wallet code to help us identify the account.
Data That May Be Deleted
- Gemmi account identifier and Google-linked profile information stored by Gemmi.
- Wallet balance, coin transactions, reward history, and referral records.
- Generated image records stored by Gemmi.
- Uploaded images stored by Gemmi where they can be linked to your account.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, or aggregated analytics that no longer identifies you personally.
Processing Time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account from the details provided.
