Use of the App

Gemmi provides AI photo prompt discovery, prompt generation, wallet rewards, referral features, and optional in-app AI image generation. You are responsible for how you use prompts and generated content.

User Content

You must have the rights or permission to upload any photo you use in Gemmi. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content.

AI Generated Content

AI results may vary and may not always match the prompt or uploaded photo. Users should review generated images before using or sharing them.

Coins and Rewards

Gemmi Coins are an in-app utility used for app features. Rewards, balances, limits, and generation costs may change to protect app quality, security, and operating costs. Attempts to abuse referral, wallet, ad, or reward systems may result in restriction or account action.

Paid Plans, Subscriptions, and Purchases

Gemmi may offer Google Play and Apple App Store subscriptions and one-time products, including plans for coins, Ad Free access, and instant prompt access. Prices, billing periods, included benefits, and availability may vary by country, currency, account, device, Google Play settings, or Apple App Store settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play or Apple App Store unless cancelled by the user. If you cancel a subscription, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period. One-time purchases provide the benefit described at the time of purchase and do not automatically renew.

Paid access is activated only after Google Play or Apple confirms the purchase and Gemmi verifies the entitlement. If activation is delayed, use Restore purchase in the app. Purchase restoration requires the same Google Play account on Android or Apple ID on iOS and may require a network connection.

Refunds, cancellations, payment failures, chargebacks, and subscription management are handled through Google Play or Apple according to their policies. Gemmi may revoke or adjust access, coins, or rewards if a purchase is refunded, reversed, invalid, fraudulent, or cannot be verified.

Advertising

Gemmi may show ads. Rewarded ads are optional and rewards are granted only when the required conditions are completed and verified.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. AI generation may depend on third-party services and may be unavailable at times.
