Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we may collect your name, email address, profile identifier, and user ID to manage your Gemmi wallet and account features.
• Photos: If you choose to use AI image generation, uploaded photos and generated images may be processed and stored to provide the feature.
• App activity: We may collect app interactions such as screen views, prompt actions, wallet actions, and feature usage to improve the app.
• Purchase information: If you buy a subscription or one-time product through Google Play or Apple In-App Purchase, we may receive and store purchase status, product ID, purchase token or transaction identifiers, order-related identifiers, subscription state, renewal/cancellation state, and entitlement information to activate, restore, and protect paid access.
• Device identifiers: Advertising, analytics, and security tools may collect device or advertising identifiers.
• Crash and diagnostics data: We may collect crash logs, performance diagnostics, and device information to fix issues.

How We Use Information

• To provide prompt browsing, wallet, referral, rewards, and AI generation features.
• To authenticate users and keep wallet coins linked to a user account.
• To process AI image generation requests.
• To verify Google Play and Apple App Store purchases, activate paid plans, restore purchases, prevent duplicate or fraudulent redemption, and keep subscription access in sync.
• To improve app quality, performance, and reliability.
• To show and measure ads where applicable.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of wallet or reward systems.

Payments, Subscriptions, Google Play Billing, and Apple In-App Purchases

Gemmi uses Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase/App Store billing on iOS for subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple. Gemmi does not collect or store your card, bank, UPI, Apple Pay, or other payment instrument details.

To provide paid features such as Ad Free access, weekly plans, yearly plans, coins, instant prompt access, purchase restoration, and subscription status checks, Gemmi may verify purchases with Google Play or Apple App Store services and store purchase-related entitlement records. If you cancel a subscription, Google Play or Apple may allow access until the end of the current paid billing period, and Gemmi may continue to recognize that access until the entitlement expires.

You can manage, cancel, or review subscriptions from your Google Play account on Android or your Apple ID/App Store account on iOS. Refunds and payment disputes are handled according to Google Play or Apple App Store policies.

Sharing and Third-Party Services

Gemmi may use services such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Play Billing, Google Play Developer API, Apple App Store, StoreKit, Firebase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI generation providers. Uploaded photos and prompt text may be sent to the AI generation provider selected or configured for the feature.

Security

We use encrypted network connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect user data.

User Choice and Deletion

Photo upload and AI generation are optional. You can request deletion of your account and associated data from the Account and Data Deletion page.

Some purchase, subscription, security, anti-fraud, or accounting records may be retained where needed to verify entitlements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.

Children

Gemmi is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
